Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the garments and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
